CPU非对称冗余系统搭建如下:(CPU0与CPU1可任意假定)

启用CPU0冗余(参见拨码开关配置)

配置CPU0以太网地址,网关,子网掩码(参见UHCDesigner工程开发通讯口配置部分)

配置COM1,COM2的波特率,起始位,停止位,校验位(参见UHCDesigner工程开发通讯口配置部分)

下装工程(参见UHCDesigner工程调试工程下装部分)

给CPU0重新上电,等待CPU0到RUNNING状态(灯板显示 03)

启用CPU1冗余(如果已经启用,这一步可以跳过)如果CPU1在与CPU0搭建冗余系统时,并没有启用冗余,上电以后CPU1将会处于错误状态(灯板显示E1)。

连接CPU1与CPU0的专用冗余电缆

给CPU1重新上电,这时CPU1会从CPU0中获取配置信息,CPU1进入CONNECTED(灯板显示 H3)状态


CPU非对称冗余系统搭建如下:(CPU0与CPU1可任意假定)

9.   CPU1进入UPDATE(灯板显示 H4)状态,开始同步所有变量

10. CPU1进入BACKUP(灯板显示 HA)状态,冗余系统搭建完毕

CPU1的配置信息依赖于CPU0的配置信息的同步,同步后,CPU1原有的配置信息将会被删除。

CPU0向CPU1同步的配置信息包括:

A.所有通讯口配置信息

B.用户工程

只有CPU0可以被在线修改以上配置信息,当涉及到以上配置信息被修改时,CPU0会立即生效,而CPU1会从BACKUP(灯板显示 HA)状态切换到CONNECTED(灯板显示 H3)状态,重新同步配置信息,以及变量。同步完成后,使系统再次进入冗余状态,即CPU1状态从CONNECTED再切回到BACKUP。
