In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the natural gas pipeline network transmission and distribution system in Anhui Province, Anhui Natural Gas Development Co., Ltd. set up a natural gas production and dispatching center in 2012, including the transmission and distribution pipeline network data acquisition and monitoring system and other sub-systems, to help the dispatchers to carry out dispatching management.

Scope of WorkIn 2012, BDRL provided for the first phase of the project: equipment
procurement, installation and commissioning, and after-sales service for the
center SCADA software, center SCADA server and operation station, center large
screen, monitoring system, GPS patrol system, WEB publishing system, remote
video monitoring system, station communication, data access, etc.
In 2013, BDRL completed the SCADA renovation of 24 stations and uploaded the monitoring data to the dispatching center.
In 2015, BDRL completed the renovation of 32 valve monitoring RTUs, 13 new monitoring valve rooms, and 4 metering skids.
