The solutions covers urban water disaster prevention and control, rational development of urban water resources, operation and monitoring of water conservancy facilities, monitoring and protection of urban water ecology, and water conservation by enterprises and institutions.
       Traditional agricultural water resources are inefficiently utilized, backwardly measured, inefficiently managed, and lacking in information technology. The solutions include: modernization of irrigation districts, online monitoring of groundwater resources, metering facilities in irrigation districts, high-standard farmland, high-efficiency water-saving irrigation, reforms in agricultural water pricing, the construction of water rights trading, and water-fertilizer integration, among many other locally adapted solutions.

      In order to solve the problems of non-standardization of water purification and disinfection, low informatization and inconvenient access to water in village water plants, we have improved the management level and operation and maintenance efficiency of rural drinking water projects through real-time monitoring of the early warning platform, linkage of the layers of high-standard construction, and intelligent tracking of troubleshooting, etc., which have lowered the operation cost and at the same time safeguarded the quality of rural drinking water and the benefits of water plants.
